IF SO THIS JOB IS FOR YOU!As a Recruiting Team Lead, you will be an optimistic lead, mentor, guide, and support a recruiting team including Recruiting Consultants, Sourcers, and Recruiting Assistants in an accountable culture.  Work directly with our clients and candidates, contributing to the overall success of our recruiting projects. Represent our clients and attract top talent for their positions.  Update and maintain internal reports, client ATS, and databases as they pertain to our recruiting service. Most importantly, you'll ensure that every client and candidate is responded to swiftly and kept up to date. You will have direct influence and an impactful presence. 

Scope of Responsibilities:LEADERSHIP IN AN ACCOUNTABLE CULTURE – Lead, mentor, and train a team of up to 4 recruiters while also working as a full life-cycle recruiter on the team. Lead by example.STRATEGY AND ROADMAPPING – Establish weekly project strategy and share in “stand-up meetings” Communicate weekly hours and performance expectations with the team. Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities on the projects.CLIENT FACING - Conduct in-depth recruiting kick-off calls with hiring managers and act as the face to the client. Schedule interviews, debrief meetings, and update calls.  Gather interview feedback via debrief meetings.SOURCING - Source and reach out through various methods to passive candidates on a regular basis. Convert sourced candidates into phone interviews.PROVIDE A MOTIVATING, OPTIMISTIC, AND SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT for the team.  Phone each team member 2 times a week to direct work, check on results, remove obstacles, and provide solutions.  Praise the accomplishments of each individual and the team throughout the week. Stay cool under pressure.RESULTS – Fill positions with quality candidates. Submit at least 1.5  “qualified and interested” candidates per job per week.TRAINING - Train, mentor, and support recruiting consultants to deliver optimal recruiting services.BUILD RELATIONSHIPS - Build relationships with our client hiring managers, HR Managers, and team members.WRITING - Write job descriptions and phone interview templates for assigned positions.PHONE INTERVIEWS - Conduct phone interviews and write up detailed phone interviews. Accuracy is critical.REPORTING & ANALYTICS - Provide ongoing and weekly client communication, reporting, and project analytics. Tell our story with data.ATS MANAGEMENT- Update applicant tracking system, Excel documents, and databases regularly.

Lead Park Patrol - Seasonal Hourly Range: $17.98 - $20.19/hr. Summary - Liaison with the public; ensure compliance and public safety to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations through education and enforcement to ensure the safety and security of the public, employees, and protection of Parks assets; preserve and enhance department assets; ensure quality service and product delivery and maximize revenue opportunities.
