Analyze competitor processing statements while employing your math skills and Excel skills.
Effectively communicate and engage customers via phone and email.
Coordinate multiple priorities in a timely manner.
On the fly problem solver in processing phone calls and email requests.
What you will need to have:
2+ years of experience in customer service role.
Experience in MS office; Excel, Word and Outlook.
High School Diploma.
Excellent time management, detail oriented.
Strong sense of urgency, ability to drive high level of autonomy, initiative, collaboration, and reliability.
What would be great to have:
Proficient in Mathematics.
Great interpersonal communication, comfortable talking with all levels of management.
Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
