the go-to contact for our customers, embodying our purpose to make

sustainability. You will manage your own portfolio of customer accounts
and be given ownership to build a work schedule that best suits you and
your customers. You\'ll make sales by maintaining customer
relationships, demonstrating our latest tools on the spot, and providing

Building relationships - you\'ll meet with our Key customers at a
moment\'s notice or be actively present to capture the perfect business
opportunity. You understand to create value in account(s) through
long-term, profitable relationships with executives. Time and Territory
Management (TTM) - creating a daily schedule (including presence on
jobsites and client offices) to optimize client potential and sales
productivity by zone territory Be a Hilti Champion - you\'ll carry the
technical knowledge to present high level customer consultations in your
defined territory and represent the Hilti brand in the marketplace with
high visibility jobsites and executives within our most strategic
customers. Tracking your progress - you\'ll utilize Salesforce to record

Engineer - Current Product. Join our team as a Senior Electrical Design
Engineer within Current Product Engineering at Harley-Davidson Motor
Company. This role is instrumental in leading the delivery of projects
that align to deliver Cost Productivity. In this role, you will be part
of a cross-functional team working with Sourcing & Supplier Management,
Test Labs, and Manufacturing focused on delivering Cost Productivity
Projects across the entire vehicle portfolio. The Senior design engineer
will use engineering tools such as CAD models and drawings, as well as
predictive analysis and conventional engineering tools and calculations,
to demonstrate and communicate robustness of designs. The engineer will
develop and track work through detailed project plans, lead presentation
of design options through a formalized design review process, perform
DFMEAs, DVP&Rs, analyze test results and bring closure to test findings,
and deliver new designs and product changes to production. Hybrid
Location Position will be hybrid with time split between a home office
and on-site at our Harley-Davidson Motor Company Product Development
Center (PDC) located in Wauwatosa, WI. Job Responsibilities: Deliver
robust, optimized designs for vehicle functions and systems while
adhering to project targets, performance objectives, high quality, and
cost reduction targets. Partner with a cross-functional team and
suppliers to meet program and build milestones. Identify risks and
propose mitigations. Verify component & system performance to H-D
standards, approve supplier validation, and work with test and
verification entities to ensure EE system meets or exceeds targets.
