So, if you get excited about making a real difference as part of a winning team like we do, we want to hear from you.The Headlines:In the role of Sr. Supply Planning Analyst working in Milwaukee, WI, you will manage supply planning processes associated with $8B, 65 million barrels including supply planning and supply chain optimization for MillerCoors.This position reports to Manager, Supply Planning and works closely with Supply Planning Analysts, assigned brewery, Customer Service Analysts, Forecasting and Demand Planning Team.The Responsibilities:

Defines and manages the supply planning processes which determine brewing, packaging, distribution, inventory, and supplier requirements plans, and also processes that oversee the execution of product supply plans, coordinate course corrections, and develop and implement contingency plans across the supply chain

Drives significant value creation through the design and optimization of the MillerCoors supply network, from supplier through distributor

Manages the development of detailed supply plans which drive $5.5B operating budgets.

Manages the MillerCoors finished goods inventory strategy development and ongoing management of $400MM finished goods inventory across both distributors and distribution centers.

Responsible for executing $2.5 B in sourcing optimization spend across outbound distribution, inbound materials, and interplant transfersdistribution center replenishment

Contributes to the Sales & Operations Planning process which aligns Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance leadership on volume, revenue, and supply plans

Management interface regularly with key people managers in each of the CSC teams [Customer Service, Forecasting & Demand Planning, Logistics & Transportation]. Regularly interfaces with Customer Service Senior Planning Analysts and Brewery planning and scheduling team

Leads supply planning process for the purpose of developing and executing integrated product supply plans across MillerCoors.

Contributes supply plans to S&OP process

Provides supply plans to integrated supply chain leadership and finance teams

Creates and manages the timely and accurate supply chain plans that deliver balanced results related to financial, quality, service, productivity and business growth that delivers MillerCoors annual plan and 3-5 year plan.

Identifies and builds collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, both inside and outside of Integrated Supply Chain to include Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

The Other Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree OR related work experience and 5-7 years of experience in supply chain planning, operations management, or related discipline

Expert knowledge and full understanding of interdependencies of production and capacity planning, scheduling processes, distribution methods, inventory management, material flow and planning, Working knowledge of forecasting, transportation, distributor operations, sales, marketing and budgets.

Provides recommendations and contributes to some strategic as well as shot- to medium-term tactical planning with impact on multiple areas

Analyze large volumes of information, evaluate and resolve complex issues in rapidly changing and often ambiguous environment.

Advanced supply chain management systems and process knowledge. Knowledge of SAP APO (advanced planning and optimization) modules including DP, SNP, PPDS, and Logistics Execution.
