These programs leverage content areas such as: DE&I talent programs, performance and talent planning, talent strategy & culture, leadership development, and/or assessment programs.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

In this role, you will identify and assess talent and culture needs of the organization, business line, or specific teams, evaluate the effectiveness of existing talent and culture programs and partner with key stakeholders to design and implement enterprise initiatives that build workforce skills and drive a culture of continuous learning, high performance and inclusion.Act as subject matter expert for assigned content area, including organizational design and development, employee engagement and culture transformationTranslate best practices research and benchmarking of assigned content area to develop high impact solutions that drive business resultsApply in-depth assessment and diagnostic methods to identify needs and determine targeted solutionsAlign assigned content area strategies with business prioritiesDevelop relevant tools, processes and resources, including marketing, communication and change management plans for initiatives, programs or projectsCollaborate and support business line leaders and Talent Consultants to effectively implement initiatives or programs within a team, business line, or the enterprise.Serve as a resource for questions and referrals on assigned content area issues and the execution of best practicesEnsures that customer needs are built into solutions and processesUtilize evaluation tools and metrics to measure effectiveness of initiatives, programs or projectsLeverage other centers of expertise to implement strategies focused on talent development, engagement and retentionBasic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience10 or more years of relevant experiencePreferred Skills/Experience

Subject matter expertise and experience in organizational design and development, preferably at the enterprise levelExperience in designing enterprise employee engagement, change management and culture transformation initiatives, particularly related to M&AProven ability to plan, design and implement multiple talent and culture programs or solutions to enable the business to achieve its strategic objectivesSolution oriented leader with the ability to conduct deep analysis and diagnostics to assess, interpret and evaluate data, identify business needs and to measure the effectiveness of specific talent programs or initiativesStrong program management capabilities to work within a rapidly dynamic environment to engage stakeholders, balance multiple priorities, identify and leverage resources and work in an agile way to drive resultsExceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and work collaboratively, particularly with senior leaders, stakeholders and Talent ConsultantsMaster's degree preferredBenefits:
