Full time – 9a start-time until orders are processed (5-630p); Overtime is paid!
Part-Time, Mornings (Monday–Friday) – option to pick up more hours during high volume periods
Job Overview:
Olympic Supply Company, a trusted name in the bicycle industry, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a physically active role, ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders in a timely manner.
Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, counting, and organizing incoming shipments.
Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean and orderly by stocking and rotating products as needed.
Shipping and Receiving: Prepare outgoing shipments and assist with unloading and sorting deliveries.
Quality Control: Inspect products for accuracy and damage before shipping.
Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and best practices when handling products and equipment.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to improve warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Dependability is of the highest priority
Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 55 lbs regularly.
Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and handling repetitive tasks.
Ability to climb ladders and safely retrieve items from high shelves.
Punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Basic computer skills for processing orders and inventory tracking.
Schedule and Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
