We are currently seeking a motivated, experienced and talented full time Bar Manager that is able to motivate, train and be a leader. The ideal candidate will facilitate bar/restaurant operations to provide a superior dining experience to our guests and promote our business profitability.
Candidate must possess organization, strong communication skills, enforce policies and procedures, positive attitude/energy and strong understanding of the bar/restaurant industry. Experience in bar management with night and weekend availability is required. Candidate must be able to bartend and manage staff/bar at the same time.
In this position we are seeking an individual who is willing and able to train the staff, hold them accountable, maintain relationships with our customers and for someone to bring in new fresh ideas when it comes to events. We are looking for someone passionate about the industry and enjoys an extremely fast paced environment within a great community. Must be able to resolve problems quickly and professionally including working through customer complaints, staff matters, facility maintenance, basic trouble shooting and general emergencies.
Responsibilities (alongside other management staff team members):
· Oversee all bar operations to ensure the highest quality product is delivered to our customers
· Control Liquor Cost and monitor inventories
· Works with teams to provide excellent customer service
