We are looking for a morning bartender. We currently open on Mondays and Fridays at 7am. We used to open at 7am Mon-Fri for over 25 years, we cut back due to staffing issues after Covid. We need someone with a great personality to draw people in and keep them coming back. I will advertise and am open to suggestions on how to draw patrons in. When we first implement these hours it may be slow for awhile, so I can't guarantee how tips will be. If you are looking for a part time job, low stress and some extra cash, please send your resume. Qualifications for the job
Arrive in a timely manner as scheduled.
Provide attentive and friendly service to all patrons.
Handle credit card and cash transactions with accuracy.
Complete end of shift check list to ensure every bartender starts their shift with a clean, well stocked bar with an easy transition.
Must be able to work alone.
Must either have or be able to obtain a West Allis bartending license.
Must pass a background check.
Must be honest, punctual, friendly, easy going, and a team player.
We have very little turnover and our team members help each other out.
