Under the supervision of the Head Chef, the Cook will be responsible for the preparation of hot and cold food in a timely manner for the restaurant as well as catered events on and off-site. Must be able to clean kitchen as well.
At least two (2) years of related experience at a dine-in restaurant or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid Servsafe certification preferred.
Previous grill, fry and sauté experience
Previous experience using pots, pans, ovens, grills, food processors, and slicers
Previous experience properly and safely using kitchen knives.
Must be able to lift 20 lbs, stand for long hours.
Ability to speak Spanish or French a plus.
Full-time and part-time positions available.
Seeking Server/Bartenders
At least 1 year of experience both as a Waiter and Bartender.
Bartender license preferred.
Seeking dishwashers with experience.
