DISH WASHER/PREP - kawa ramen and sushi (eastside) (2321 n murray ave milwaukee, WI)
We're currently searching to fill a position with-in the back of the house staff. We're seeking to add a dishwasher/kitchen utility employee at each of our area restaurants.
Dish duties include 3 compartment sisnks machine, moping, sweeping cleaning, transport bus tubs and carts etc face paced dining environment.
Experience strongly prefered. Weekend availability is a must. Business hours are from 11-9 with mostly evenings worked some full days.
Hours may range from full-time to casual depending on applicant. Full-time is strongly preferred.

JOB TITLE: Dishwasher
Proving dishcleaning services, as well as basic sanitation of back of the house and assistance with food prep/stock/inventory as requested
Basic duties include but are not limited to:
1. Proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift.
2. Dishwashing
3. Prep work assigned by chef
4. further cleaning per schedule/routine
5. Occasional busing assistance.
6. Further duties as directed by management
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1. A basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation.
2. Ability to transport trays weighing up to 30 lbs. through a crowded room on a continuous basis throughout shift.
3. Maintain a positive attitude throughout shift.
4. Work as a team player.
5. Ability to remain motivated during busy and/or any slow periods within shift.
6. Ability to operate a dish machine, and wash/scrub dishes by hand.
7. Prep work in and around kitchen as directed by head chef. and other tasks
Must be eligible to work within the united states.
No prior experience required, but is preferred.
