Third Space Brewing is an award-winning production craft brewery located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We are a growing brewery with a passion for creating high-quality craft beer and a fun and welcoming “third space” for our customers (you have your home, you have your work, but everyone needs a third space). We have a tap room and beer garden on site in our 11,000 square foot brewing facility in the historic Menomonee River Valley, a summer beer garden in Elm Grove, and will soon be opening a restaurant, with a brewery and taproom in Menomonee Falls.

Position Summary
Third Space Innovation Brewhouse in Menomonee Falls is seeking organized,energetic and kind dishwashers to help support the kitchen team in its culinary operation. If you enjoy working in a dynamic kitchen environment and have a passion for cleanliness and organization, we would love to hear from you.
Qualifications
18+
6 months of experience as a dishwasher in a full service, from-scratch kitchen preferred
Key Competencies
Ability to maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers, customers and purveyors.
Effective verbal communication and time management skills
The ability to regularly stand, walk, talk, carry, bend, stoop, turn and lift in excess of 35lbs.
Knowledge of proper storage and food handling procedures
Ability to handle constructive criticism
Essential Job Functions
Uphold hygiene and safety standards in washing dishes and food preparation
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using a dishwasher or by hand
Place clean dishes, utensils, glassware or cooking equipment in storage areas
Sort and remove trash and recycling in designated area
Sweep, mop or scrub floors inside and outside
Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment
Stock supplies
Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed
General daily and nightly cleaning duties
Carrying bus tubs full of dishes
Non-Essential Job Functions
Clearing utensils, dishes and glassware from customers tables
Cleaning common areas (i.e. sweeping and mopping floors and walls)
Job Conditions
Standard bar & restaurant conditions (i.e. wet floors, cold storage, hot equipment, etc)
Indoor space with additional outdoor patio seating
Commercial kitchen in a full service restaurant and brewery
Required to be on your feet for 5-9 hours per shift
