Job description

We are seeking skilled genuine and enthusiastic Front of House Staff members to join our team. We are looking for talented individuals that have no less than two years of Fine Dining experience and would love to share their talents with our guests.

Host/Hostess

The front of house staff are our guests first impression! Whether it's your friendliness over the phone or the first face they see when they walk into our establishment we are here to impress the guest and keep them coming back. We are looking for friendly outgoing personalities that can take charge of the influx of people that frequent our establishment that have the ability to proficiently communicate with others.

Responsibilities will include but are not entirely limited to:

-Greeting Guests

- Answering the Phone

- Taking to go orders

- Collecting menus and ensuring they are clean and presentable before giving to the next guest

- Communicating with Servers/Bartenders regarding any allergy noted in reservation, or special occasion being celebrated

Bartender

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences

- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications: - Two years previous experience as a Bartender in a Fine Dining restaurant or bar setting.

-Strong knowledge of mixology and drink recipes

-Excellent math skills for cash handling and making change accurately

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with cash register operation and basic retail math calculations

- Exceptional time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours

- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and ability to adhere to them at all times

Server

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests and loyal customers. If you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills strongly encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

- Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy

- Provide exceptional guest service throughout the dining experience

- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials

- Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

- Process payments using POS system

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Server or Bartender in a similar role required

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

- Proficient in basic math for handling payments and making change

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members

- Excellent upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities

- Ability to provide outstanding guest service in a fast-paced environment

- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service

- Culinary knowledge is a plus
