Full time position, set schedule Wednesday - Sunday 7 a.m. -3 p.m.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- prepping recipes according to standardized recipes
- stocking station while maintaining FIFO practices
- making tickets to order for dine in and to go orders
- slicing deli meats
- keeping a clean work space, running dishes through the dishwasher as needed, and general kitchen cleaning and maintenance
- work with the Head chef and other cooks to maintain consistency and quality of dishes
