Pie Inc. is looking for dedicated and experienced Full-Time or Part-Time SERVERS/Front of House Team Members to join our team!

Experience & Qualifications:
at least 1 year of serving experience in a fast-paced, high volume, full-service restaurant - or equivalent experience in another relevant workplace such as high volume retail or counter service
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
Strong verbal and written communication skills; capable of communicating effectively with guest and co-workers across all levels
Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude
Strong food and beverage knowledge with the desire and ability to continually learn more
Mandatory minimum of two shifts per week to be considered for part time positions
All positions require one weekend shift
Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously with minimal stopping, throughout the shift including frequent bending, lifting and stooping
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure all stations are properly stocked and set up before and during service and complete any additional opening duties
Provide consistent, genuine, and generous service to all guests, creating personal connections whenever possible
Guides guests through the menu and overall dining experience, providing thoughtful recommendations of food and beverage items
Properly course all food and beverage items and ensure satisfaction of each item/course
Work with other servers, FOH staff, and leadership to ensure a smooth and efficient service
Address any guests needs or concerns as soon as possible; communicate any complaints or issues with food or service to leadership
Observe all safety procedures, including following Pie Inc. protocol for food allergies and dietary restrictions
Ensure proper payment is collected for reach table or guest
Complete all closing duties including a financial checkout, closing sidewalk, general cleaning projects, and any additional tasks assigned by leadership
Ensure all Pie Inc Steps of Service not listed above are properly executed
Wage: $18-$20 hour (including tip pool)
