Position Summary/Objective: Produce juice based products in a fashion that complies with Food Safety requirements and meets / exceeds customer expectations. Be versed in all production operations.
Shift: 9am - 5pm
Essential Functions, Job Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Perform work functions that are in compliance to Food Safety requirements including company SQF standards.
2. Produce juice products with operations that include preparing/washing produce, squeezing produce, grinding, pressing, filling bottles, and labelling bottles
3. Perform juice safety and quality verification steps including pH measurements and taste tests
4. Clean / maintain the work environment, equipment, and machines in compliance to Food Safety requirements.
5. Understand applicable work documents including Procedures and Work Instructions. Complete all necessary forms and records.
6. Follow instructions, and carry out directives and other duties assigned by the supervisor(s)
7. Work alone and without direct supervision in Juiced! operations.
Education and/or Experience:
1. High school diploma, or equivalent, required
Language skills:
1. Ability to speak/understand English
2. Ability to read work instructions written in English
Reasoning Ability:
1. Ability to read, understand, and analyze written or spoken information
2. Understand the basic steps in problem solving
Physical Requirements / Demands:
1. Ability to work at a fast, steady pace.
2. Ability to perform work standing up.
3. Ability to see and differentiate colors.
4. Good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity
5. Ability to lift up to 40lbs on regular basis and 60lbs on occasion
