Applicants must have previous SERVING and BARTENDING experience; ideal candidates must have strong wine, beer and cocktail knowledge along with being comfortable with food descriptions and giving guests an exceptional dining experience.
Our Southern inspired menu includes Low Country cooking of the Carolina's, and Creole & Cajun cooking of Louisiana. When our guests walk into Maxie's they get the feeling of walking into a party.
Maxie's is open for dinner starting at 4pm, (closed on Sundays). Candidates must be available for a 3 shift minimum and weekend availability is required.
