The Diplomat; a seasonal, shared plate, American - Contemporary Restaurant on Milwaukee's East Side. Our focus is FOOD, CRAFT COCKTAILS, SERVICE and TEAMWORK. We make everything in house, focusing on quality, season and comfort. Our service is refined yet approachable, polished and friendly. Our team is here to learn, here to grow. We take pride in the product we make, the product we serve and the work that we perform.
