We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team at our BRAND NEW LOCATION! You will be responsible for providing customers with great customer service!
Responsibilities:
Building and Supervising a team that achieves Wing Zone goals of customer satisfaction
Oversee customer service and resolve issues, help build sales
Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
Training and developing employees
Staffing the restaurant (includes hiring, firing, building schedules)
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service or other related fields
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
