My name is Jan and I'm 67 and disabled, seeking a caregiver for my 48 year old disabled daughter, Dina. Someone who can do simple caregiving, chair/bed massage and a little housekeeping to keep up. Dina is easy. The apartment is small.
CALLING ALL NIGHT OWLS
4-6 nights /week, 4 hours/night, start at 7/8pm. Dina has issues with grasping and holding, but she can walk a short distance and is partially sufficient. Dina is very intelligent, sociable, funny and compassionate, loves music, crystals and reading.
Duties and Tasks:
Jan does vacuuming, dusting, cleans litter boxes once/week, grocery shopping, laundry, makes meals. May need some help.
You need to focus on DinaIs she comfortable, does she have a meal prepared, did she get massaged, are enough drinks in the fridge. You will make easy cat food for 2 cats, may wipe up the kitchen and bathroom. Dina needs assist with 1 shower a week and a change of her bedding. The Laundry room is right next door so it's easy to throw in a load. Help with medication preparation once/week. Cook an easy meal for 1 on occasion. May be asked to make her healthy smoothie or a cup of tea. She needs someone to bring her food, drinks or a hot pack.
Can't be allergic to cats. Or cigarettes, which I have occasionally in the bathroom. And I still am trying to quit.

Paid through the IRIS Program at $18.83/hour, direct deposit every other Friday.
Please help us. Dina needs reliable, friendly competent help now. Jan just can't do it when Dina needs it the most. Both spent 20+ years together to keep Dina out of a facility. We just want Dina to be in her apartment with my cats.
