About the Role As a Caregiver – PM Shift, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents during the evening hours. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with individuals who rely on your kindness and professionalism to enhance their quality of life. What You’ll Do Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Assisting residents with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, and hygiene. - Providing companionship and emotional support to residents. - Monitoring and ensuring the safety of residents during the PM shift. - Supporting residents with mobility and physical assistance as needed. - Maintaining a clean and organized environment. - Communicating effectively with team members and reporting any changes in residents’ conditions. What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of caregiving experience (required). - A compassionate and patient demeanor. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - The ability to work independently and as part of a team. - A commitment to providing high-quality care.
