We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for performing various clinical tasks, educating patients on oral hygiene, and collaborating with the dental team to maintain a smooth workflow in our clinic.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess patients' oral health.
Utilize Eaglesoft software for patient management and record-keeping.
Perform medical imaging procedures as needed, ensuring accurate diagnostics.
Implement infection control protocols and maintain aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments and progress.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient experience and clinic efficiency.
Experience
Previous experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred, but no required. New grads welcome.
Familiarity with Eaglesoft software and medical imaging technology is advantageous.
Knowledge of infection control practices and aseptic techniques is essential.
Experience in dental assisting is a plus, particularly in four-handed dentistry systems.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
