Position Summary:
The scribe assists the doctor with documentation of the patient exam into the patient's chart. The scribe may also be asked to perform special ophthalmologic tests including visual acuity, applanation tonometry, pachymetry, visual fields, corneal topography, OCTs, lensometry, and other tests as directed.
Individual should be capable of working in dim lighting, can provide accurate documentation, is detailed oriented, and able to stand most of the day. Must be comfortable working with primarily elderly patients. Great health, dental, and 401K benefit package for full-time employees. Hourly rate depends on experience.
Candidate must be willing to travel between office locations.
Ability to communicate with patients, co-workers, supervisors and physicians is critical.
Candidate must be detailed oriented and dependable.

Note: We have office locations in Greenfield, Cudahy, and New Berlin. Some travel is required mid-day on certain days of the week. We have both 4 day a week and 5 day a week Full Time Work Week Options.
