Dental Hygienist for School Based Dental Program

We are seeking a community-minded dental hygienist to join our team. We are a premier school based dental sealant program in southeastern Wisconsin with a deep passion for helping to improve the oral health of the children in our community.
If you are tired of working a traditional grown-up schedule and wish you could have those school hours back in your life, then we are right up your alley!
Skills Sets Required:
Strong clinical skills: Can deliver quality care in a school-based setting by providing: prophy’s, assessments, sealants, and fluoride applications.
Amazing with people - particularly children: Able to relate to children and adapt to personalities quickly, creating a positive experience for them. Good at building relationships with people generally.
Efficiency: Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising patient care.
Flexibility: Able to adjust and adapt to changing weekly/daily, locations and set ups.
Ability: able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Compensation and perks:
Hourly pay ranging from $48-$50 (commensurate with experience)
A fantastic 32-35 hour work schedule- open to part time schedule
Summers, holiday and sick days paid (12 weeks total)

Qualifications:
State of Wisconsin Dental Hygiene License with 2 years experience
Must love working to improve the oral health of the children in our community.
Knowledgeable with age-related oral health topics and comfortable presenting them to children.
Flexible and adaptable to people from multiple backgrounds and scheduled location changes.
Bonus points for the following
Credentialed with Wisconsin Medicaid is preferred but not required
Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred but not required
