Location: Northwest Milwaukee
Shifts Available: First Shift, Third Shift, and Weekend-Exclusive Shifts (4-hour, 8-hour, and 12-hour options)

Position Overview:
We are looking for compassionate and experienced Resident Care Aides to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in complex care who are committed to enhancing the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and meal support.
Provide care for residents with complex medical needs, including tracheostomy, ventilator, and G-tube management (training available for qualified candidates).
Monitor and document resident health and well-being.
Collaborate with the care team to ensure the delivery of individualized care plans.
Foster a positive and respectful environment for residents and their families.
Shifts Offered:
Flexible shift options: 4-hour, 8-hour, and 12-hour shifts.
First shift, third shift, and weekend-exclusive availability.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in complex care or willingness to undergo training.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
CNA certification is preferred but not required.
