Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Roofing Project Manager to oversee and manage roofing projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in roofing, project management, and customer service, with a focus on delivering quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. As a Roofing Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of roofing projects, including budgeting, scheduling, coordinating with teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and coordinate roofing projects to ensure timely completion. Monitor project progress and subcontractor completion, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, ensuring that the project stays within financial constraints. Approve material and labor costs and track expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Keep clients updated on project status, address concerns, and manage client expectations throughout the project.
Quality Control: Perform regular quality inspections to ensure that all work is performed according to industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations. Ensure all materials are used appropriately and that projects are completed to the highest quality.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all workers comply with OSHA and company safety standards. Conduct safety meetings and ensure proper safety equipment is used.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and inspections. Photos taken at every job- before, during and after photos. Submit timely reports to upper management and clients.
Job Organization: Inspect project after completion, clean up after project is finished.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project, including material delays, weather-related setbacks, and personnel concerns. Ensure minimal
disruption to the project's progress
Required Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Confidence, approachability, friendliness, creativity, self-motivation, and goal orientation.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
Schedule flexibility and adaptability.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods at a time.
Must be able to get on/off a roof to conduct inspections.
Willingness to be mentored and eagerness to learn and grow in the role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual
3 or more years of previous experience in residential or commercial roofing
Experience in construction management
High School Diploma
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or other relevant certifications

Effective after 90-day probationary period unless otherwise noted
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Includes vacation and personal time.
Accrued at the rate of 1 hour per every 40 hours worked.
Holidays
Seven (7) paid holidays per year.

Insurance Benefit Contribution:
TTRG will contribute toward your health insurance premiums, covering either 40% of the premium or a maximum of $280 per month, whichever is less.
Eligibility: Benefits become effective after 6 months of employment.
Quarterly Bonus Eligibility
Based on net profit margin for all jobs closed each quarter:
o 45.1%–50% margin: Office shares up to 5% bonus on a scale of 0.01%–5%.
o Up-selling gutters and/or gutter guards: bonus is calculated based on profit percentage.
o Bonus is paid on the following paycheck after the quarter is fully closed by the accountant.
o Note: Auditing invoices is required to ensure all jobs are closed before the bonus period.
Other Bonus Opportunities
Roof Measurement Bonus:
o $100 for a job sold with a deposit.
Gutter Measurement Bonus:
o $50 for a job sold with a deposit.
