Position Summary:
We’re seeking skilled Cabinet Refacing Installers to join our team as 1099 Independent Contractors. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who already operate independently and are looking for consistent work through an established company.
Responsibilities:
Perform complete cabinet refacing, including veneer application, door and drawer front installation, and hardware replacement
Install moldings, trim, and accessories to finish projects to company standards
Maintain a clean, professional job site
Communicate effectively with project managers and homeowners
Deliver projects on schedule and with exceptional attention to detail
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of cabinet refacing or carpentry experience
Must have a valid contractor’s license and EPA Lead Certification
Own tools, vehicle, and insurance required
Strong customer service and communication skills
