Your Role: A professional Last-Mile Delivery Driver, delivering packages under contract with a Regional Service Provider for OnTrac.
The Reality:
- Safety is paramount - daily support provided
- Extended hours, averaging 9.5 hours per day
- 7-day operations (choose Sun-Wed, Thu-Sat, or 7-day team schedule)
- Average 190+ stops, 200+ packages daily
- Maintain a brisk pace of 23 stops/hour
- Physically and mentally demanding, adaptable to route challenges
- Shared business costs (vehicle upkeep, insurance, operating expenses)
- Performance bonuses available, no employee benefits
- Meet 97%+ delivery completion rate (penalties for underperformance)
- Solo drivers can gross $35K-$65K/year, high-performing teams $85K+
- Net 14 settlements payments
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated
Requirements:
- Impeccable driving record
- Pass comprehensive background and drug tests
- Unwavering commitment to our mission and values
- Previous experience with Amazon, FedEx, or UPS is a plus
- Own your own business LLC and EIN, we do not contract with individuals.
