Now Hiring! Full-time Entry-level Maintenance Assistant!
A small family property management business is looking to fill a full-time maintenance position. General handyman skills (knowledge of carpentry, plumbing and electrical systems) is helpful. You will be working alongside our experienced lead maintenance personnel so if you know some but not all and are eager to learn more, you may also qualify for this position!
Responsibilities will include:
-Making routine repairs at all properties
-Apartment and office turnover and mobile home maintenance
-Snow removal
All applicants will be subject to a criminal background check and a credit check.
40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (30 minute lunch break each day) with some overtime available, depending on the time of year.
Starting wage is based on experience. Entry-level wage is $15/hr with annual reviews and wage increases! Paid holidays upon start date and one week (40 hours) of paid vacation time after one year.
