Riverhouse Investments LLC wants you to join our property team! As a dedicated team member you will earn $17-20/hr with a well-established company. You will help us continue to improve residents’ experiences—our mission since 2005. Located in the City of Wauwatosa, we self-manage 130 plus properties and continually buy, rehab and sell over 40 properties a year. We look forward to you joining our team!

Company vehicle will be provided during work hours

Job Duties Include but Not Limited To
Tree trimming, pruning, mulching, planting and lawn maintenance
Clean out of units
Demolition
Snow removal
Light painting
Material delivery
All other tasks as assigned

Requirements
Candidates must have reliable transportation to/from work
Valid driver's license required
Insurable driving record required
