The purpose of the work is to provide high level administrative support work to the supervisor and program/office operations within the Agency. Must be highly proficient with computer use and with Microsoft Office.
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
Establish rapport with customers and interact to ensure open communication for problem resolution.
Assist, coordinate, and perform assignments and tasks that require accurate information research and gathering.
Communicate directly with customers via phone and email, process orders, resolve service problems and conduct research to fully ensure customer satisfaction.
Research administrative matters, gather facts, define and explore problems, and initiate and maintain contact necessary in the completion of assignments.
Identify unusual problem areas and make appropriate recommendations for resolution.

Experience with Microsoft Office.
