We are looking for experienced and reliable Snow Removal Area Managers to join our team for the upcoming winter season. This is a seasonal, on-call position with 24/7 availability required during snow events. Season is from end of October to April 1st.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and check on snow removal crews to ensure all work is completed on schedule and to a high standard.
- Manage and support staff at multiple commercial properties.
- Ensure that properties are cleared of snow and ice, meeting safety and quality standards.
- Communicate regularly with crews, management, and clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Address any issues or delays in real-time, ensuring prompt action is taken.
- Monitor equipment usage and report any necessary maintenance.
- Conduct property inspections after work is completed to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in snow removal or property management preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and be able to travel between sites.
- 24/7 on-call availability during snowstorms or freezing conditions.
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme winter weather.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Competitive pay based on experience. $25-$45/H
- Potential for overtime during heavy snow events.
- All work is seasonal and will be weather-dependent
