This is a part time "as needed" 1099 independent contractor position to work on repairing homes in Milwaukee/Waukesha county. Painting, drywall install, repairing drywall, installing base/door and window trim, installing doors, minor plumbing and electric, must be able to lift heavy objects.clean outs.Valid drivers license with car or truck to be considered.
Drug Free Workplace.
Although this position requires working on homes experience we will train the right person. Paid by check only no cash payments.
