As a Landscape Foreman you are required to plan, organize and deliver top quality work to the client. Primary focus is to produce and oversee all construction work as planned, while managing production on the project, pleasing the customer and overlooking the crew.
To ensure success as a Landscape Foreman, you should exhibit a strong work ethic, have detailed knowledge of Landscape techniques, Great Customer Service with all our clients and be able to operate heavy machinery when required. Ultimately, a top-level Landscape Foreman can expertly install/conduct any Landscape Project that is presented to you. Time Management is very important in this role on how to use the time allotted for the Job.
Landscape Foreman Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED.
· Valid Drivers License
· 3+ Years Landscaping Experience (Hardscape and Softscape)
· 2+ Years Crew Lead
· 2+ Years Machine Operating (Skid-Steer)
· Leadership/ Operating a Crew of 4+ people
· Experience in reading CAD Prints/Dimension Designs
· Good communication skills.
· Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
· Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
SCHEDULE: (Full-Time)
· 10 Hour Shift
· Overtime
· Monday-Friday/ Saturday if needed or want
