-Able to work at least 40 hours per week
-Excellent Communication skills
-Experience with a Skid-Steer Loader & Basic Construction Equipment A Plus
-Experience in Paver Patio / Retaining Wall Installation
-Able to Run All Maintenance Equipment ( Maintenance Division ) A Plus
-Valid Pesticide License a Plus ( Maintenance Division )
-Knowledge of pruning and trimming of plant material ( Maintenance Division )
-Able to do Snow Removal In Winter
