Core Accountabilities/Essential Duties/Responsibilities: This list is not all inclusive
Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.
Apply paint, stain, or other finishes to walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Mix and match paint colors accurately according to project specifications.
Protect surrounding areas and surfaces using drop cloths, tape, and other protective measures.
Inspect finished work for quality, consistency, and adherence to project specifications.
Maintain all tools, equipment, and painting supplies in good working order.
Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and any issues encountered.
Clean work areas and properly dispose of paint materials and waste.
Assist with other related tasks as needed to support project completion.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in painting, coating, or finishing work preferred.
Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and work at heights as required.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Good communication and time management skills.
Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Business casual, fun and positive, dynamic and fast paced
Working hours are Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm.
