East Side Property Management Company Looking for Maintenance Technician

The Position
We are seeking a full-time maintenance technician for our company. The hours are 7:30a.m.-4:00p.m. Monday-Friday, with rotating on call shifts. We are looking for a dedicated team member with many skills and a willingness to learn!
Responsibilities:
Preparing rental units prior to move ins
24 hour turnover between move out and move in
Responding to service requests
Qualifications:
1 Year Property Maintenance Experience Required
Experience with Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Appliance Repair, etc.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Pass background check
Benefits:
