About the Role:
We’re hiring Tile Helper / Laborers to assist our experienced tile setters on a variety of job sites. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the trade from some of the best tile artisans in the state — no prior tile experience required, just a great attitude and a willingness to work hard.
Job Duties Include:
- Hauling materials and tile on job sites
- Mixing thinset and assisting with cuts
- Cleaning and organizing job sites
- Prepping floors and walls for installation
- Assisting with grouting and caulking
What We’re Looking For:
- Great attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic tool knowledge; tile experience is a plus but not required
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Must have reliable transportation and basic hand tools
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and pass a basic physical and drug test
- Must be available for full-time work Monday through Friday
- Willingness to travel to job sites throughout southeastern Wisconsin
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting wages from $20.00/hour and up, based on experience
- Raises every 6 months based on skill development
