We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse and Shipping Manager to oversee product handling, stock management, and shipping processes in our facility. This role is integral to maintaining product quality, ensuring accurate inventory, and providing a seamless experience for our customers and sales partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, a meticulous approach to product checks, and strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and external contacts.
Key Responsibilities:
Drivers’ Bucket Preparation
Prepare drivers’ cash buckets with necessary items and ensure they are ready for dispatch.
Product Inspection and Verification
Inspect drivers' products for damage or theft and verify payment accuracy. Report any discrepancies with photos to the MKE group chat.
Conduct weight and seal checks on all products using a digital scale, paying close attention to signs of tampering.
Inventory and Stock Management
Update product stock levels daily and shipping materials weekly.
Maintain an accurate document of stock levels that mirrors the price sheet.
Signage and Marketing Setup
Place signs in designated city locations according to the rotation schedule and ensure they are prepared with zip ties.
Import and Export Processing
Collect import packages from UPS, complete order documentation, and fulfill export orders.
Order Fulfillment and Shipping
Fulfill and pack orders for eBay, export, and general shipping following provided instructions. Take photos of each package before shipping for records.
Handle pickups and drop-offs of packages from UPS, USPS, and the designated P.O. Box.
Product Grading and Label Removal
Grade products as required and remove any label residue from packages prior to shipping.
Collaboration with Sales Team
Coordinate with the sales team on order fulfillment, label printing, and invoicing processes to ensure timely shipping and accurate records.
Weight Confirmation and Price Sheet Management
Weigh products with no listed weight, ensuring accuracy for items on the reseller price sheet.
Confirm weights by weighing two of the same item before finalizing the price sheet entry.
Warehouse Organization
Keep the warehouse organized, with specific sections for eBay and other items.
Product Quality Assurance
Conduct thorough checks on products for seal integrity and tampering, and weigh items before shipping to pharmacies.
Carefully inspect products for intact packaging and unbroken seals.
Invoicing and Pricing
Invoice wholesalers based on the highest required expiration date to ensure full price.
Track shipments using Pirate Ship accounts to confirm timely delivery and maintain records for invoicing.
Shipping Kits and Order Forms
Prepare 100 shipping kits with plastic sleeves and order forms as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or related fields is a plus.
Proven experience in warehouse management, shipping, or logistics.
Strong attention to detail, especially for quality checks products.
Ability to operate a digital scale and accurately document weights.
Excellent organizational skills for inventory management and warehouse organization.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with sales and provide updates on inventory needs.
