Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for handling all in-warehouse tasks—excluding delivery—which includes managing the full inventory process from product intake to shipping.
This role requires flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility, ensuring that all products are handled with care, properly scanned, cleaned, organized, and shipped according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Product Handling
-Receive and scan all incoming products into the inventory system
-Inspect each item for signs of tampering, expiration, or damage
-Clean and prepare items for storage or repackaging
Inventory Management
-Organize and store supplies in assigned locations
-Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) or other inventory control protocols
-Report discrepancies or low stock levels to the Inventory Manager
-Order Fulfillment & Shipping
-Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for wholesale, pharmacy, and e-commerce customers
-Verify all outgoing shipments for quantity and condition
-Stage packages for dispatch (pickup and delivery handled by the assigned driver)
Warehouse Maintenance
-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
-Restock shelves and bins as needed
-Assist with additional warehouse tasks as required
Requirements
-Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
-Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
-Familiarity with handheld scanners and basic inventory systems
-Strong attention to detail and time management
-Valid driver’s license (preferred for occasional delivery support)
-Dependable, punctual, and self-directed

-Physically demanding work: standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
