We are expanding our Milwaukee call center and seeking motivated, energetic Call Center Representatives to connect homeowners with the home solutions they need.

What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to schedule free in-home consultations.
Provide professional, friendly communication while representing our brand.
Follow scripts and proven processes to qualify leads and set accurate appointments.
Accurately enter customer details into our system.
Consistently meet and exceed performance goals.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, goal-driven attitude with a strong work ethic.
Prior call center, inside sales, or customer service experience a plus (but not required).
Comfortable working onsite in our Milwaukee office.
Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.
