Position Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator at Delta Defense LLC, you'll provide critical support to our Marketing Department. You'll be instrumental in our efforts for lead generation and conversion, turning prospects into members. But that's not all, you'll also support our marketing automation campaigns for sales, member experience, store, and operations. You'll work closely with our digital experience, promotions, and marketing technology teams on day-to-day operations and tasks. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our campaigns and tactics run smoothly and deliver results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of cross-channel campaigns in our marketing automation tool, Braze. This includes audience segmentation and canvases.
Review and user-testing of prospect broadcast emails and webpages to ensure top-quality delivery, accurate design, and proper functionality.
Maintain documentation of marketing automation system configurations, and draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Assist with promotion planning, communications, requests, and system configurations.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve campaign, program, or user data issues as directed.
Support campaigns with webpage creation, maintenance, and routing for quality assurance (QA) testing and validation.
Proactively monitor email deliverability and engagement, alerting stakeholders of any anomalies.
Set up and manage page vanity URLs, redirects, and URL shorteners to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate project requests, maintain status updates, and scheduling plans, as well as track parameters for measurement with various stakeholders.
Pilot new features and enforce adoption in how they can be leveraged for new, or existing, marketing programs to improve operational efficiency.
Maintain promotion documentation and keep promotional and marketing calendars up-to-date.
Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or similar field. Equivalent years of experience in marketing automation, operational, or administrative roles considered.
Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or member subscription businesses preferred.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-through. Experience in utilizing project management tools, preferably Clickup.
Exposure to landing page, content management, email software, analytics, or digital marketing or web platforms. (Preferably Braze, Unbounce, and Google Analytics.)
Command of digital marketing channels, objectives, and tracking requirements.
