Position Summary:

Delta Defense is seeking a versatile individual to serve as a key link between our Outside Sales, Product, Marketing Creative, Member Experience, and IT departments. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Partner Marketing, your main duties will be leading and overseeing the development and implementation of digital marketing materials. This is not an entry-level role.

Stretch your creative muscles as you hold primary responsibility to manage email campaigns, design online event registration pages, landing page creative, and other digital initiatives such as PPC, Social Media, SMS, and SEM. And there’s more You'll also be involved with retail and event collateral when required.

Your role will be crucial in driving branding, UI/UX, and layout requirements to meet our lead acquisition and revenue goals. You will also ensure that KPIs are accurately tracked. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee and drive forward design production in various digital marketing channels including, Pay Per Click (PPC), Display Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Programmatic and Mobile.

Execute partner promotions from creation to distribution.

Support campaigns in a multitude of advertising platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising Network, and Facebook Ads.

Support approved retail marketing campaigns in the digital and physical space.

Track impact of campaigns using these same platforms and other internal reporting systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet the needs of partner programs and campaigns.

Work closely with stakeholders on campaign enhancement and optimization.

Utilize and ensure consistent adherence of brand guidelines for all marketing materials and activities. Develop new brand guidelines as appropriate.

Generate materials that can effectively co-brand with thousands of logo designs and a high level of diversity in business models.

Support agency collaboration.

Gain and deepen understanding of USCCA Partner Marketing program. Forge strong relationships with sales and product teams.

Leverage knowledge of outdoor/firearms industries to uniquely position our brand to stand out and increase brand awareness.

Enthusiastically accept a variety of projects and new responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills/Experience:

This role requires candidates to live within a daily commutable distance to our headquarters in West Bend, Wisconsin. Some remote work will be considered.

Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.

3-5 years of digital advertising or related experience.

Demonstrated experience developing marketing and promotions for retailers/partners.

Foundational knowledge of HTML and baseline proficiency in web design and email creation.

Experience with Google Docs, presentation software, Adobe Creative Cloud, and common email marketing platforms required. Knowledge of Braze, Salesforce, Unbounce, Tableau, BrandMuscle, ClickUp, and Retool desired but not required.

Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads is a plus.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to develop relationships and work with a wide variety of team members (creative, analytical, technical, customer service, operations, etc.)

A deep understanding of brand marketing principles and measurement. Experience in managing significant amounts of detail and analysis.

Be a self starter, have high standards and be able to work independently and on a team to meet deadlines, and proven time management skills in deadline driven work

Ability to handle many projects without sacrificing efficiency or quality.

Excellent organization and analytical skills.

Comfortable with change and has a desire to grow along with the company and in the role.

Firearms experience and/or familiarity with outdoor sports or fitness is preferred.
