Position Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll execute the USCCA’s member conversion and retention strategy. This role allows you to strengthen your digital marketing skills while making an immediate impact on company revenue. Your strong attention to detail and desire for a high-energy high-impact environment puts you in a great place to be considered for this role.

Your responsibilities include contributing to strategy meetings, building email and SMS campaigns using our marketing automation platform (Braze), ensuring content quality and functionality, managing projects, and conducting light data analysis. We seek someone who is versed in marketing automation platform capabilities, has an understanding of digital acquisition and retention strategies, and an innate desire to provide strategic guidance/feedback on daily marketing executions and automated journeys. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Execute on USCCA membership conversion and retention strategy:

-Manage email and SMS/MMS campaigns from asset release to deployment.

-Build, schedule and facilitate quality assurance testing via Braze.

-Focus on subscriber segmentation, execute testing, ensure campaigns are rendering properly, and schedule the deployment of campaigns.

-Collaborate across teams to execute congruent and relevant experiences that contribute to the digital acquisition and retention strategy.

Coordinate and Collaborate to Drive Results:

-Maintain and audit our prospect, lead and member marketing canvases (journeys).

-Attend monthly promotions meetings to help coordinate inventory and manage workflow.

Facilitate Effective Communication:

-Develop and maintain fluid communications between the strategy, creative and marketing technology teams.

-Update and optimize production SOPs for omni-channel campaigns using project management platform (primarily via ClickUp).

Continuous Improvement:

-Continuously monitor B2C digital marketing trends and target market behavior, proactively introducing innovative ideas to enhance our strategies.

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

Education:

-High school diploma or GED is required.

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field preferred.

Experience:

-You have 2+ years of experience with marketing automation.

-Braze and Clickup experience is a plus.

-Previous experience in a B2C membership organization preferred.

Anticipated application close date: November 29, 2024

Annual salary range $60,000 - $70,000 commensurate with experience. Role is also eligible for company bonus.
