Position Summary:

Delta Defense is on the hunt for an innovative Marketing Operations Manager. As an integral part of our Marketing team, you'll report directly to the Senior Manager of Partner Marketing.

Your primary mission? Develop and maintain the marketing systems and infrastructure that power our network of business partners. You'll be at the helm of a diverse range of digital platforms, all aimed at generating leads and converting these leads to membership through a mix of digital and traditional marketing channels.

You'll also work hand in glove with our sales, product, IT, marketing automation, and creative teams to foster cross-platform integration and bolster our product marketing efforts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Build solid relationships with the Outside Sales team who manages the USCCA Official Partner Program to understand their business needs and growth expectations.

Support the creation of marketing content and assets for a national partner events campaign.

Develop and implement marketing plans that not only support our Official Partners but also drive value to our organization.

Lead the ongoing support and development of our B2B platforms, including the Official Partner Portal, USCCA Creative Center, and Instructor Dashboard.

Use your understanding of outdoor/sporting goods retailers to help us stand out and create brand awareness in those environments.

Develop and manage a co-op marketing program.

Maintain our brand standards. Ensure compliance across all marketing and communication channels.

Establish and track KPIs to ensure all marketing initiatives are performing as expected, or better. If necessary, you'll adjust strategies to keep us on track.

Measure ROI and engagement for digital marketing activities. Set up procedures to track and monitor digital marketing effectiveness and compare actual performance against planned performance.

Build long-term relationships with cross-functional teams and business partners across the organization, and with external agencies.

Manage the marketing budget and expenditures.

Take charge of white-label SaaS development and account management of agency partners.

Location and Travel:

This role requires candidates to live within a daily commutable distance to our headquarters in West Bend, Wisconsin. Some remote work will be considered.

Domestic travel required for one to three mid-to-large scale events annually. Event duties may include work outside of traditional office hours.

Required Skills/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.

A strong background in B2B2C partner marketing and communication is required.

5-7 years of experience in progressively challenging marketing roles.

Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Analytics, and presentation software. Familiarity with Braze, Salesforce, Unbounce, Tableau, Adobe Creative Cloud, BrandMuscle, ClickUp, and Retool is a plus.

A self-starter who sets high standards and can work both independently and as part of a team.

Proven time management skills — you'll need to juggle multiple projects without sacrificing efficiency or quality.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for drawing conclusions and making solid recommendations.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You'll be working with a diverse team, so the ability to develop relationships is key.

The ability to influence others through clear communication, direction, and storytelling.

A comfort with change and a willingness to grow with the company.

Firearms experience and/or familiarity with outdoor sports or fitness is preferred.
