Job Description:
As a Floral Designer at Welke's Milwaukee Florist, you will be responsible for crafting beautiful and innovative floral arrangements for a variety of events and occasions, including weddings, corporate events, and everyday floral needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision, offer expert advice, and ensure that each arrangement exceeds their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create custom floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and retail orders.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, providing creative solutions and expert recommendations.
- Maintain a high level of creativity and originality in floral designs while adhering to industry trends and client specifications.
- Manage inventory, including ordering flowers, materials, and supplies as needed.
- Ensure the freshness and quality of all floral products, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of floral arrangements at event venues when necessary.
- Stay updated on the latest floral design trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of flowers, floral design techniques, and trends.
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
