Our shop is known to be one of the finest super high precision machine
shop in the area and Industry.
Job duties would be to set up and run our state of the art CNC Machines.
Openings in both Milling and Turning centres.
PRIOR 5 AXIS MILLING EXPERIENCE or PRIOR CNC TURNING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
HERMLE/DMG/OKUMA/AGIE EXPERIENCE A BONUS!
Prior experience in CNC setup is a minimum. Programmers are welcome. If
you wish to learn programming, we would give you the opportunity. We
use mostly Powermill.
We have several employees, who have been with us, for 30+ years.
We use the following equipment. They are all very new machines - some of
them, brand new and all are state of the art! Our shop is one of the
finest high precision machine shop in the area!
Hermele 5 Axis Mills.
Okuma 4 axis Mills.
Okuma Multus Mill+Turn centers.
DMG 5 Axis Mills
DMG Lathes with live tooling.
Agie Wire EDM
Mitsubishi Wire EDM
