Production Operator

Monday - Friday, 2nd Shift 2PM to 10:30PM
Pay: $16-19/HR
Duration: Contract to Hire
Under the supervision of the Shift Supervisor, the Production Operator is tasked with operating machinery, inspecting, and packaging products within the manufacturing process. This role requires adherence to established procedures and guidelines while performing assigned responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
0-2 years of manufacturing experience.
Completion of company-provided training relevant to the assigned area of operation
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up and safely operate production machinery according to established protocols.
Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate task completion within specified parameters and timelines.
Conduct product inspections to identify any defects.
Participate in the final packaging of products, including custom or private label assembly and packaging tasks such as:
Multi-pack assembly
Capping
Shrink wrapping
Labeling
Boxing
Assorting
Encouraged to participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
