duties include:
Administrative tasks: Answering phones, emails, and taking messages
File management: Maintaining and storing files, and ensuring they are properly retrieved and distributed
Office supplies: Keeping track of office supplies and equipment, and ordering new items when needed
Scheduling: Scheduling meetings and sending out invitations
Customer service: Greeting clients and customers
Clerical tasks: Photocopying, filing, and sending emails
Written communication: Typing letters, writing emails, and taking detailed notes
Maintaining the office: Ensuring the office runs smoothly and is well-kept
Manage social media/ class schedules and other assigned office duties.
Office assistants should be able to multitask, prioritize, and pay close attention to detail. They should also have good organizational skills, including planning and delegation.
There are very flexible hours.
