Owner of two small companies (Transportation and Real Estate Investing) is seeking a very detailed and organized administrative and marketing assistant.
Summary of essential job functions
Administrative to include but not limited to
o Assisting in answering and managing email
o Sending Event Summaries and Rental Contracts
o Updating Calendar
o Communicating with Clients
o G Suite for Business
o Computer/Internet skills
o Data entry
Website Maintenance
o Web design/understanding is a HUGE plus.
o Wix website format knowledge desirable
o Ability to edit audio/video/pictures for web posting
o SEO
Marketing
o Create and implement marketing ideas via social media and mailchimp
o Edit, organize and print materials for events
o Assist in recording and growing inventory of webcasts
o Writing/editing content
o Social Media management/requirements
1. Create and drive strategies for social media to increase engagement
2. Ability to quality assure and improve creative content (text, image and video) that fits with the
brand
3. Knowledge of online marketing channels
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Strong analytical skills
Personal Assistant roles include
o Event planning and coordinating
o Attend live events/webinars as needed
o Handle/assist with any non-business related items as needed
The ideal person for this will be fun, energetic, self-reliant, have super-high integrity and excellent follow through skills. Im looking for a self- starter with a track record of being dedicated and loyal; someone who completes tasks in a timely manner with accuracy, and thrives on learning new things and completing projects.
Hours are flexible and I can accommodate most schedule needs. The possibility of working from home exits, however, candidate must be in or near Waukesha, WI. or surrounding area in order to meet in person for weekly meetings. This is a part-time position to start with a 60 day trial period.
