Looking to fill a dispatch position immediately.
Ideal individual must be fast and proficient with Computers with a clear understanding of filling in form based software programs and comfortable with a computer. Good organization skills is a must. Previous experience in trucking/logistics is good but not required. Must be able to work independently and make decisions to solve problems with strong communications skills. Job requires a lot of phone work so having a positive, friendly, and outgoing attitude is a must as your job involves heavily in customer service. Daily operations include answering calls, informing customers, paperwork handling to assist billing, filing and sorting, directing drivers and more.
This is a fast paced demanding job that requires the right individual to be able to process various infoamation fast and accurately.
